The most recent and significant examples of the illustrated modus operandi concern in particular the European Union intervention instruments launched in response to global crises – such as the MES, the Recovery Fund, Horizon Europe and more generally the complex called Next Generation in framework of the so-called Green New Deal – but also national instruments, both general such as Industry 4.0, the Structural Funds, the Innovation Fund, the National Research Programme, and more specific investment programmes.
